This policy describes the current service and planned account and payment setup. It should be reviewed with legal counsel before public billing or accounts are activated.

Data we process

Tools process files locally in the browser whenever the feature allows it. We do not request personal files to create an account. When accounts and Pro are enabled, we will process email, an account identifier, subscription status and minimum support data. We do not store plain-text passwords or complete card data.

How we use data

Create and protect the account.
Confirm Pro access after a secure notification from the payment provider.
Handle support, cancellation, refund and deletion requests.
Prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Payments

Pro payments will be handled through Mercado Pago. The provider receives the information necessary to process payment under its own policies. AVF Tools will retain only subscription references, payment status and access dates required to provide the service.

Retention and rights

We retain data while an account is active or when a legitimate retention obligation exists. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of authorization through the email above. We will respond under applicable Colombian law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational controls: server-side payment verification, limited data access, minimal logging and integration secrets outside public code. No system can promise absolute security.
