Refunds and cancellation

We want the process to be simple. You can request a Pro plan refund by emailing andrestorrescrea@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, there will be no renewal for the next cycle. You will keep Pro features until the end of the monthly period already paid; afterward, the account automatically returns to the free plan.

Cancellation

You can also cancel a future subscription. Cancellation prevents the next charge and keeps Pro until the end of the current period.

Follow-up

We will confirm the outcome by email and the date your plan changes. Refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible.
